I have a long waist and a large butt so these hit me well below the navel, the waistband gets pulled down in back. Depending on your body shape, these are mid-rise.

The High Waisted and the Hipsters are my two favorite styles from WAMA. The material feels very quality and gets softer when washed. It feels sturdy but breathable. I am 5'2", 160lbs, I have a bit of a belly, and usually wear a size medium in pants but find a size large in WAMA to be most comfortable. The mediums feel a bit too snug but I can still wear them. The first pair guarantee is a GREAT policy. I wouldn't mind replacing all of my underwear with WAMA, but do feel that they are a bit too expensive without a coupon code. Grateful for all the sales!

Great material... not a good fit.

I've been searching (like many women) for a good fitting underwear that fits apple bottoms!! I had a little bit of hope for these but like the others the fit is for a more straight up and down, no hips kind of woman. I'm not saying that's bad or body shaming anyone. It is what it is. I have hips and butt. I got the size recommended by the chart, measuring to make sure. You may ask well why didn't you get thongs? Thongs are easier to buy, I wanted a pair of normal underwear.
The material is great! But if you have more than the natural average butt and hips and don't like all day wedgies, these are not for you.
