Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, don't worry, returns & exchanges are a breeze with WAMA. Read our return rules below and note that all returns and exchanges can be made within 90 days of receiving your order.
Undies:
Our First Pair Guarantee covers one pair of underwear in your first order with us. Any additional items ordered must not be tried on and must be unworn, unwashed and still in its unique folding in order to be eligible for a return.
We recommend trying one pair only to confirm it is the right size and fit before opening the others.
Bralettes:
Bralettes can be tried on for size and fit but must not be washed or show any signs of wear and tear in order to be eligible for return.
