Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- United States (Free shipping available)
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
For orders outside the United States, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (please check spam/junk if needed)
Shipping Rates
United States
- Free shipping on orders over $120
- Flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $120
International
- Canada: Flat rate of $15
- Australia & New Zealand: Flat rate of $20
Estimated Delivery Times
United States
- Orders are shipped via USPS
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after shipping
- Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays
International
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipping
- Orders may require additional verification and may not ship the next business day
- Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear
Delays
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (international orders)
- High order volume periods
WAMA is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly
- WAMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us at cs@wamaunderwear.com and we will assist you
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout
- Orders cannot be modified once placed
- We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
