At WAMA, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Below are details on how we process and ship orders.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (Free shipping available)
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

For orders outside the United States, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (please check spam/junk if needed)

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Free shipping on orders over $120
  • Flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $120

International

  • Canada: Flat rate of $15
  • Australia & New Zealand: Flat rate of $20

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Orders are shipped via USPS
  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after shipping
  • Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipping
  • Orders may require additional verification and may not ship the next business day
  • Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Delays

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • High order volume periods

WAMA is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly
  • WAMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at cs@wamaunderwear.com and we will assist you

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout
  • Orders cannot be modified once placed
  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
