Does high waisted underwear have full coverage in the back? +
Hemp high waisted underwear has almost full coverage in the back but cannot be called full coverage. So there is some cheeky to it.
Does the underwear have a lined crotch area? +
Yes, hemp high waisted underwear have an additional layer of fabric sewn in the crotch area for extra comfort and for hygiene, protecting against leaks or spotting.
Does hemp underwear offer UV protection? +
We sent our hemp fabric to the lab for testing and it turned out to be 99.9% effective in blocking UVA and UVB rays! This means that WAMA hemp fabric is officially 50+ UPF and ranked “excellent” for sun protection. Even better? Results didn’t change when the fabric was wet, which is pretty major. No need to worry about sweat ruining your sun protection, or wearing hemp for a swim and losing all those protective benefits.
Will I test positive on a drug test if I wear hemp underwear? +
Absolutely not! Hemp underwear is 100% legal everywhere in the world.
Can I smoke hemp underwear? +
No, smoking hemp underwear is not advisable nor safe. Hemp fabric is made from fibers extracted from the hemp plant, which is a variety of the Cannabis sativa plant. While hemp contains low levels, less than 0.3%, of THC, (the psychoactive compound found in marijuana), smoking hemp fabric would produce harmful smoke and toxins, similar to burning any other type of fabric.
